Dr Saleem claimed that according to his statistics, there have been 15 major incidents of public violence against hospitals and medical staff across the country since the Corona epidemic, in which the culprits have not been arrested.

Dr Saleem said he called on the governments of the four provinces, including Gilgit-Baltistan and Pakistan-administered Kashmir, to immediately enact legislation to protect medical personnel and hospitals so that medical personnel could perform their duties in these circumstances.

He further demanded that a martyr's package be announced for the slain members of the medical staff and that their children's education be arranged.
